Anthony P. Cho

Mr. Cho's practice includes intellectual property law and antitrust law. He has represented clients in all phases of federal and state litigation. Mr. Cho has prosecuted and litigated cases concerning intellectual property from a wide variety of technological fields, including control systems and devices, communication devices and systems, automotive electronics, mechanical systems, noise control technologies, and aerospace systems. Mr. Cho received a B.A. degree in Physics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1989 and a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United State Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is also registered to practice before the Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Cho is the author of several articles, including a co-authorship entitled "H.R.533: A Legislative Solution to the Conundrum of MAI and Triad," published in Antitrust/Intellectual Property Claims in High Technology Markets, an American Bar Association publication, in January 1996 and "Defining Relevant Markets in High Tech Industries," published in ALI-ABA course materials, Jan. 1995. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
