Mr. Wisz is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Wisz received a B.S.S.E. (Systems Engineering) degree from Oakland University in 1994, where his studies included an emphasis in Dynamic Systems and Control which combines courses in electrical and mechanical engineering, integrated with a systems engineering control sequence. He received a J.D. degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1998. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Wisz was employed as an engineer at GKN Automotive Incorporated where he designed constant velocity joint systems. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Wisz was a legal intern at Ford Global Technologies Incorporated, a wholly owned intellectual property subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Wisz prepares and prosecutes patents in the U.S. and foreign patent offices in a variety of aerospace, mechanical and system-related technologies. Mr. Wisz has litigated complex patent, trademark and other intellectual property matters.
